A set of 19 simple, gentle stand-alone movements and one pose originated by Justin Stone in the early 1970's. The practice is completely focused on the circulation and balancing of internal energy or Life Force, called Chi, for increased physical energy, health and well-being. An easy-to-learn form of Qi Gong, a completely non-violent "moving meditation" usually taught in 8 to 10 once-a-week classes.

This gentle practice allows people of any age or physical ability to participate. Neither physical fitness nor coordination is required. The movements can be adapted to be done seated or to accommodate other physical limitations. All classes are taught by certified instructors.
